Returns and refunds policy
Returns and refunds
At Camino, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. It an item is faulty we ware happy to replace it where possible or provide a full refund if a replacement isn’t available. Faulty merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please carefully follow any instructions included with your product. Returns or refunds cannot be processed for items damaged due to improper use.
Returns procedure
If you receive a faulty item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at zaana@camino.com with a description of the issue and clear photos of the fault.
2. You will receive a response within 3 business days.
3. Once the fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund and notify you once your replacement utem is on its way.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email or call us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled and refunded if the cancellation is made before your parcel has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
