leadership immersions
Tuning leadership and culture for clarity, coherence, and impact — across individuals, teams, and systems
Composing coherence through attuned, relational leadership
In a world of constant movement, leadership asks for more than strategy — it calls for presence, perspective, and the capacity to respond from wholeness. Camino supports leaders and teams through intentional evolution — cultivating cultures, visions, and ways of working that are regenerative, resonant, and aligned with what is emerging.
Whether through focused sessions or long-term journeys, our work nurtures not only skill and insight, but the inner coherence, nervous system capacity, and relational intelligence needed to lead in complexity.
Our work spans:
Strategy and vision setting
Organisational culture and operating model design
Conscious leadership and adult development
Relational intelligence, team dynamics, and psychological safety
Systemic, strategic, and service design
Examples of session topics and learning modules include:
Intentional Visioning and Strategy Development
Operating Model Design for Sustainable Wellbeing and Impact
Nervous System Intelligence for Sustainable Leadership
Psychological Safety and the Foundations of Trust

CAMINO’S APPROACH
Whole-system learning that moves beyond information into embodied insight
Camino’s approach to leadership and team development is systemic, experiential, and deeply human. We weave systems thinking and human-centred design with developmental psychology, somatic intelligence, and the healing and creative arts to create spaces where insight becomes integration — and evolution becomes embodied.
We begin with three guiding inquiries: What is the context? Where are we now? What is asking to emerge?
From here, we co-design a developmental arc that may include diagnostics, custom or adapted learning modules, coaching, reflective practices, and immersive facilitation.
Our methodology draws on multiple intelligences — cognitive, emotional, relational, somatic, and energetic — cultivating coherence across head, heart, hands, and spirit. The result: leaders and teams who are more attuned, conscious, and capable of stewarding collective coherence in a complex and evolving world.

Why work with Zaana?
Dr Zaana Jaclyn works at the intersection of strategy, human consciousness, and the living systems that shape how we lead, relate, and change. With more than two decades of global experience spanning 22 countries, her work supports people and systems to navigate complexity with greater depth, coherence, and capacity. She brings leaders, teams, and structures into right relationship.
Zaana is known for moving with ease between the boardroom and the altar. Before founding Camino, she was a Junior Partner at McKinsey & Company, leading global work in human-centred strategy and systemic design across the public, social, and health sectors.
Her approach brings commercial rigour alongside an attuned understanding of relational dynamics, cultural patterns, and the subtle cues that shape coherence, culture, and change. She carries a rare sensibility for what is alive and what is ready to move, in human systems and in nature.
Her work integrates adult development, somatic and embodied practice, and the dynamics of culture and collective systems. She creates rigorous, reflective spaces where growth requires courage as much as practice. She has designed an award winning leadership development academy, coached senior teams through major transformation, and supported hundreds of leaders toward greater presence, integrity, and aliveness.
Zaana holds a PhD in Human Centred Design and qualifications in coaching, adult development, and somatic practice. She serves as an External Advisor to McKinsey & Company, a Board Director with Suncare Community Services, and a Lecturer in Leadership at RMIT. Recent clients include the University of Queensland, Rio Tinto, Funlab and Xero.
