THE MEDICINE OF SONG
Music has always been a sacred companion on my path — from teenage songs of love, loss, and longing strummed in quiet bedrooms, to the medicine melodies that now rise through drum, guitar, and piano.
Each of these songs arrived with its own rhythm and reason, guiding me through inner thresholds and becoming.

I Am
I Am is a song of affirmation - a connection to and reminder of all that we are.
Balance
Balance came through as I was contemplating Gene Key 50: Cosmic Order, which is moving from Corruption to Harmony through the path of Equilibrium. It signifies a calling to come back into balance with ourselves, our community and nature.
The Altar
The Altar is a lament, a longing for truth, clarity, direction and ultimately a crying out for a rebirth. This song came through while on a vision quest.
Still
Still asks for stillness - in the expression of it, and in its receiving. It's medicine is a gift of awareness of your own stillness in the moment of listening. This song was recorded in a potent moment following a women's rite of initiation.
Opening Prayer
Opening prayer is a prayer, an invocation, a calling in and calling out. It is often used to open a prayer, ceremony or ritual. This song came through while on a vision quest.
