CAMINO’S APPROACH
Whole-system learning that moves beyond information into embodied insight
Camino’s approach to leadership and team development is systemic, experiential, and deeply human. We weave systems thinking and human-centred design with developmental psychology, somatic intelligence, and the healing and creative arts to create spaces where insight becomes integration — and evolution becomes embodied.
We begin with three guiding inquiries: What is the context? Where are we now? What is asking to emerge?
From here, we co-design a developmental arc that may include diagnostics, custom or adapted learning modules, coaching, reflective practices, and immersive facilitation.
Our methodology draws on multiple intelligences — cognitive, emotional, relational, somatic, and energetic — cultivating coherence across head, heart, hands, and spirit. The result: leaders and teams who are more attuned, conscious, and capable of stewarding collective coherence in a complex and evolving world.

Dr Zaana Jaclyn is a leadership advisor, coach, and facilitator with two decades of global experience at the intersection of human-centred strategy, organisational culture, and transformational leadership development. Her work spans 22 countries, 500+ leadership sessions, and a track record of supporting senior leaders, teams, and systems to grow in coherence, alignment, and capacity.
Zaana brings a rare integration of strategic expertise, deep systems thinking, and attunement to human complexity. Her approach blends commercial acumen with an understanding of relational dynamics, cultural patterns, and the subtle cues that shape performance, culture, and change.
Before founding Camino, Zaana was a Junior Partner at McKinsey & Company, where she served as a global leader in Customer Experience and Design across the Public, Social, and Health sectors. She has led major transformation programs, designed award-winning experiences, built human-centred leadership academies, and coached hundreds of leaders navigating complexity and change.
Today, Zaana partners with individuals and organisations seeking to lead with greater clarity, presence, and impact — aligning strategy with purpose, leadership with integrity, and systems with their next evolutionary step.
