This is a ceremony of remembrance, a return to Earth, to stillness, to the breath of Spirit within. Rooted in ancient Indigenous traditions, this sacred plant spirit journey offers deep grounding, energetic purification, and reconnection with your inner knowing. It is especially supportive during times of transition, decision-making, or when seeking clarity and alignment.
Hapé (pronounced ha-peh) is a sacred shamanic snuff used by Indigenous peoples of the Amazon for thousands of years. A finely ground blend of medicinal plants, seeds, herbs, and ash, it is prepared through prayer, song, and ceremony — infused with deep intention.
The medicine may support:
- Cleansing of stagnant energy, sinuses, and energetic pathways
- Quieting of the mind and enhancing clarity and focus

- Opening & Intention Setting — With smudging, grounding, and reflection
- Receiving the Medicine — The plant spirit is administered via a traditional pipe (tepi) into each nostril, opening pathways for deep presence, clarity, and release
- Integration & Reflection — Time to rest, journal, receive guidance, and gently return
